Adult Scrimmages is for adult mens and womens to play social volleyball games in a fun and inclusive environment. We welcome new and returning members to sign up as an individual and bring a few friends to play on a casual basis - there is no weekly commitment! Our friendly and accredited Coaching Team coordinate a 30 minutes warm-up including passing, spiking and serving and then organise players into balanced teams. Teams compete against each other in a round-robin format with each game played first to 15, 21 or 25 points.

Adult Scrimmages is designated for intermediate and advanced players who are confident in all the volleyball skills i.e. consistent serving, passing, setting, spiking and blocking skills and have some previous playing experience in our Adult Development Programs or Adult Leagues etc. This includes having an understanding of the different playing positions (setter, libero, middle blocker, opposite and passer hitter) and being familiar with serve reception, offensive and defensive positions. Our passionate Coaching Team are always happy to assist less-experienced players but we highly recommend players who are still quite new to the sport to first learn fundamental skills in our structured 10-week Adult Development Program before progressing to our Adult Scrimmages and Adult Leagues.
