Please read these terms and conditions carefully before signing up to our Just Spike It Volleyball Academy (JSI) Club Membership or any volleyball competitions, trainings or events hosted by JSI. By signing up to any volleyball competitions, trainings or events hosted by JSI, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Club Membership

All participants must register as a member of Just Spike It Volleyball Academy with at least 'JSI Recreational Membership 2024/25' in order to participate in any volleyball competitions, trainings or events hosted by JSI.

• It is an annual club membership which commences on 1st April 2024 and expires on 31st March 2025.
• JSI Club Membership cannot be shared or transferred to another person.

Conditions of Entry

JSI reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants from any volleyball competitions, trainings or events hosted by JSI, where JSI has reasonable grounds to suspect a participant has breached any of the following terms and conditions:

• No smoking, consumption of alcohol or illicit drugs at any time.
• No consumption of food or drinks on the court at any time.
• Appropriate indoor sports shoes and sportswear must be worn at all times.
• Behave appropriately and follow the lawful directions of staff at all times.
• Derogatory comments, abusive language and inappropriate or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Participants with serious medical conditions or recovering from an illness or injury should advise staff.

Refunds & Cancellations

• All registrations and purchases are final.
• JSI will not issue monetary or credit refunds due to change of mind.
• Participants may not transfer their registrations to another person.
• JSI reserves the right to review reasonable requests for refunds or make-up lessons on a case-by-case basis i.e. injury, sickness or personal extenuating circumstances.
• JSI will automatically process refunds if a volleyball competition, training or event is postponed or cancelled by JSI.

Photography & Videography

• Photography and videography captured during any volleyball competitions, trainings and events hosted by JSI may be used as marketing material for JSI’s social media and print media without any compensation.
• Participants may download and share JSI's photography and videography for personal use.
